At Heaven and Above, we offer exchanges and returns for store credit only.

Eligibility

RETURN POLICY :

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.
  • Sale items are eligible only for size exchanges and not for returns.
  • We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Store Credit

  • If you choose to return an item, you will receive store credit once the product is received and inspected by our team.
  • Store credit will be issued as a coupon code that can be used on your next purchase.

Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces

  • Custom-made or made-to-order pieces are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
  • Minor alterations can be accommodated based on the design—please contact us for assistance.

EXCHANGE POLICY

  • To request an exchange, please email us at support@heavenandabove.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • Pack the product securely in the original packaging and ship it back to us.
  • Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.

What Happens Next?

  • Once the product reaches our studio/warehouse, our team will inspect it.
  • After approval, we will dispatch your desired product.

Price Difference Handling

  • If the new product is of higher value, the customer must pay the difference amount.
  • If the new product is of lower value, the balance amount will be issued as store credit.
  • No amount will be refunded in cash/bank transfer under any circumstances.

 

Defective item claims will be approved only after reviewing clear photo/video proof and after our team inspects the returned product; if the item is found to be in perfect condition or damaged due to customer handling, the claim will be rejected. For claims of missing items, damage, or major defects, an unboxing video showing the package being opened is mandatory for verification.
