How long is the return timeline?

The return process takes up to 15 working days, as it involves a third-party courier. Once we receive the garment, it will be inspected within 2 working days. If everything meets our return conditions, the amount you paid (minus shipping and COD charges) will be refunded as store credit. This credit is valid for 3 months.

What are the conditions for returning a product?

The product must meet these conditions for return:

- Request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

- Sale or customized items are not returnable.

- The product must be unused, in original condition, with tags intact.

Can I get a cash or bank refund?

We only provide store credit for returns, not cash or bank refunds. The store credit is valid for 3 months from the issue date.

How can I check my store credit?

Log in to your account on our website.

1.Click the human icon at the top right.
2.Go to “My Account” and then “Wallet.”
3.You’ll see your store credit balance, validity, and other details.

How do I use my store credit?

When placing a new order, your store credit will be applied automatically at checkout. Note: Store credit can't be used on sale items or products from other brands.

    Pack the product back in the bag and ship it to us ( the courier charges will be borne by the customer)

    We’ll dispatch your desired product.

How long is the exchange timeline?

Since a third party, i.e a courier company is involved, the return/exchange procedure takes 15 working days to be completed. On receiving the garment, our team will take up to 2 working days to inspect the product. If all our conditions for replacements are met, our team will dispatch your desired product, and will notify you via email.

What are the conditions to exchange a product?

Our inspection team will verify the following conditions, before processing the exchange:

- The request for exchange needs to be informed within 7 days of the delivery of the product.
- Garments on sale will not be applicable for exchange/return.
- The product should be unused and in its original condition. You can wear it to check for fit and comfort, making sure that any smell does not transfer to the product (Natural body odor, body deodorant, perfume, etc.)
- The price tags and the brand tags must be present in its original state.

Can I exchange for a different product?

Yes. However, in case the new product is of a higher value, the additional amount to be settled will have to be paid by the customer. In case the new product is of a lower value, the excess amount will be given as store credit to the customer. (No amount will be given in the form of cash refund/bank account refund.)

Do we have a pick-up service to facilitate the exchange?

- We also have a pick-service to facilitate the exchange. However, this service will be chargeable and non-refundable.
- In case of the pick-up service, a flat charge of Rs 150 will be applicable. The payment for the same will have to be done by the customer via Google Pay/ Paytm or Bank Transfer. Upon submitting the exchange request, please reach out to us on (+91)8130436247
