•Processing Time: Ready-made pieces are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.
•Shipping Time: After processing, the delivery time for domestic orders is a minimum of 6 days and a maximum of 12 days.
Order Status:
•When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
•If you have not received your order within 12 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@slaet.co with your name and order number, and we will look into it promptly.
2. Made-to-Order Pieces:
•Processing Time: All made-to-order pieces are crafted specifically for you, requiring meticulous attention to detail. Please allow 10 to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for the production of your item.
•Shipping Time: Once your order is ready, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. The minimum shipping time for domestic orders is 6 days, with a maximum of 12 days after dispatch.
